Business Operations Dashboard is a custom software concept demonstrating how Nexora approaches operations problems: start from the bottleneck, design the simplest flow that removes it, engineer it to scale.
Challenge
Daily operations lived across spreadsheets and chat threads — nobody knew the real numbers.
Approach
Discovery first: map the real workflow, cut everything that doesn't move the metric, prototype the critical path, then engineer in thin, demoable slices with weekly reviews.
Solution
A single dashboard for enquiries, jobs, payments and team workload with role-based views.
Technology
Built with Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, APIs — chosen for speed, maintainability and hiring ease, not novelty.
Lessons
What this concept taught us: onboarding must take under 60 seconds, reminders beat dashboards for retention, and WhatsApp integration doubles response rates for service businesses.
Results
Numerical results appear only for real client engagements, with permission. We'd rather show an empty box than invent one.
