Overview
Service Booking Platform is a web app + mobile-ready concept demonstrating how Nexora approaches services problems: start from the bottleneck, design the simplest flow that removes it, engineer it to scale.
Challenge
Phone-only bookings meant missed calls, double bookings and no-shows with no record of what was working.
Approach
Discovery first: map the real workflow, cut everything that doesn't move the metric, prototype the critical path, then engineer in thin, demoable slices with weekly reviews.
Solution
A booking web app with real-time slots, WhatsApp confirmations, staff dashboard and automated reminders.
Technology
Built with Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, WhatsApp API — chosen for speed, maintainability and hiring ease, not novelty.
Lessons
What this concept taught us: onboarding must take under 60 seconds, reminders beat dashboards for retention, and WhatsApp integration doubles response rates for service businesses.
Results
Numerical results appear only for real client engagements, with permission. We'd rather show an empty box than invent one.
